In business, no plan means no results. You deserve a real plan from each candidate, not just empty promises. Here’s my blueprint:

for Nevada’s Future and an America First Agenda

for Nevada.

I’m a second-generation Nevadan. I’ve spent two decades negotiating deals in Nevada’s tough construction business. I’m a fiscal conservative and a strong believer in states’ rights. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when we elect people who don’t have the experience or judgment to handle complex challenges.

I’ve dealt with regulations that make no sense and have successfully fought through red tape just to get honest work done.

That’s why I’m running for Congress. Because Nevada isn’t Washington. We have our own challenges, our own opportunities, and we deserve a voice that truly understands both.

This campaign is about Nevada. By Nevada. For Nevada.

This is my blueprint. No slogans. No empty promises.

I’m ready to put America AND Nevada first again.

“Tera has a proven record of cutting through the noise and delivering for people.”

—Nevada Governor and Nevada Attorney General Bob List (fmr.)

the path to homeownership.

I’ve worked on the ground in Nevada development and know why homeownership feels out of reach. Regular families are competing against institutional investors and losing. I support targeted capital gains relief to unlock long-held properties and increase supply, and policies that prioritize owner-occupants. We should expand entry-level housing by streamlining federal approvals. I’ll fight to level the playing field so working Nevadans can buy homes and build generational wealth.

taxes. DOGE the budget.

I’m a staunch fiscal conservative because I’ve lived what happens when government wastes money and expects you to make up the difference. In development and construction, I’ve seen how taxes and spending drive up costs for Nevadans.

I support simplifying the tax code and reducing the overall burden on families and small businesses. Congress should adopt a DOGE-like approach to methodically cut our wasteful federal budget.

independence. Including from California.

My energy policy is America First and Nevada First. I’ve negotiated dozens of infrastructure projects involving power, water, and high-pressure gas. I know how Washington’s decisions drive costs here in Nevada. We need to supercharge domestic energy production and increase Nevada’s control over federal lands so we can invest in our strengths, especially geothermal, and break away from California’s failing energy system. I will protect Nevada’s scarce water resources from California and out-of-touch elites. Energy independence lowers costs and strengthens both our security and economy.

job-killing regulations.

I deal with regulations every day and know the difference between ones that protect people and ones that create confusion and cost. Too many regulations add zero value but make it harder to build, hire, and grow. I support cost-benefit analysis for major regulations, deadlines for agency decisions, and eliminating duplicative reviews. Small businesses are crushed by our current system. If we want innovation and job creation, government must get out of the way.

“Tera truly gets Nevada, our people, our economy, and the real challenges we face. She’s proven in business and is deeply rooted here.

We need someone who’s ready to advance America First on day one, and Tera is exactly that.”

—Cresent Hardy, Nevada Congressman (fmr.)

the border.

I stand with President Trump’s America First approach to border security. In Nevada, we have one of the highest rates of human trafficking per capita in the country. That’s why I support finishing the wall, ending catch-and-release, and giving ICE and border agents the tools and authority to stop cartels and traffickers. Border security is national security, but it’s also about protecting vulnerable people and keeping communities safe. America is a nation of immigrants, but first we must be a nation of laws.
