Meet Tera Anderson
“I’m not a politician. I’m a builder.
I get things done.”
Tera Anderson is a second-generation Nevadan, a successful businesswoman, and a builder who gets things done. With over 20 years of experience in land development, construction, and community design, she’s helped shape the growth of Nevada — creating jobs, building neighborhoods, and driving real economic opportunity across the commercial, industrial, housing, and hospitality sectors. She knows what it takes to turn plans into progress and challenges into results.
Tera’s career has been defined by hard work, persistence, and cutting through the red tape that holds back growth. She’s built her reputation on problem-solving — navigating complex regulations, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and ensuring developments improve the communities they serve.
Like President Trump, she’s not a career politician — she’s a proven builder who knows how to get things done and isn’t afraid to take on the system when it’s broken.
Tera is proud to call Nevada home. She’s seen firsthand how excessive regulation, reckless spending, and political gamesmanship have made it harder for families and small businesses to get ahead. That’s why she’s running for Congress — to bring common sense, fiscal discipline, and accountability back to Washington.
She believes in putting America First, restoring energy independence, securing our borders, protecting women’s sports, and making homeownership possible again for Nevada families.
Tera has always believed service isn’t just something you do — it’s who you are. She’s served as President of the City of Las Vegas Neighborhood Association, a volunteer advocate for foster children, and a Board Trustee for both the CASA Foundation and the Public Education Foundation. She’s also volunteered with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Homeland Security and is a proud graduate of the Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas program.
A graduate of Durango High School, Tera earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Puget Sound, an Executive MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
Tera Anderson may not have millions behind her, but she has something far more powerful: real expertise, Nevada grit, and the strength to stand her ground when Washington insiders try to force compromise. She is a straight-talking, results-driven builder who has spent two decades solving problems, managing complex projects, and fighting through red tape to get real work done.
She understands the gravity of earning a vote. She knows people are trusting her with their families, their future, and their faith that someone will finally put Nevada ahead of politics. She will never lose sight of who she represents or what she is fighting for.
Tera is part of the next generation of conservative, limited-government leaders — the kind who combine experience, energy, and integrity to rebuild the heart of America. She is the real deal: grounded in hard work, guided by principle, and ready to protect Nevada from the failures and excesses of Washington.
